Mostly very friendly staff from the front desk to the room cleaners. Particularly good position in Leipzig downtown, in a fairly nice area. - About 15 minutes walk from Leipzig Christmas Market

We really enjoyed staying at this top-notch and reasonably priced hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the room cleaners, were excellent. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Zoo Leipzig. The food was great.

I have been staying here for business for the past 2 years, and I must say the location is unbeatable. It's just a short walk away from the old town, where you can immerse yourself in the Christmas markets. it's only a 10-minute drive to Schwanenteich, making it super easy to get around.

Luxury and fairly clean property with efficient service and good value. The very central location very close to a railway station. Cafés and restaurants in the area.

The hotel had a good location close to a shopping mall and the railway station. The triple room was newly remodeled and gave guests access to the executive lounge for essentials. Check-in was fast, and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the venue.

it's welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in leipzig. the hotel is set in a great location next to the best sights in leipzig, and restaurants in walking distance. the beer bar makes the fine drinks.

The hotel is in an incredible location near shopping centers. We were given a beautifully maintained and newly renovated king room with three double beds in our suite.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, very close to the "Crème Brühlé" restaurant. The breakfast was great and the check-in process was fast. It's convenient to be able to use their overnight parking.

The room had a great view and the central location made it easy to get around.

I liked the hotel! I spend 1 night in Leipzig lovely. The breakfast was adequate and super - a lot of dishes. Booked double room with all facilities. The stuff where attentive and excellant and gave me good recommendations.

the food was excellent with a variety of options. They gave us a Wheelchair Accessible room with a fridge for guest use. 3. the 3 double beds were essential. 4. the location was favorable, only a 10-15 minute walking distance from Zoo Leipzig.

Poorly cleaned room.

Location opposite the Railway Station with all the attractions of the old city centre within 15 minutes walking distance.

Many misunderstandings with the front desk. Charging wrong credit card etc. Many misunderstandings with the room service. Sometimes had to try again and try a third time to deliver what was ordered. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. We had to insist to get one(!) bathrobe, while access to the swimming pool is via the hotel lobby!
